Whereabouts, Whatnots & Everything in Between

Hi there!

Here's a little update on QTA's whereabouts, whatnots & everything in between...

So far, August has been about new beginnings & looking forward. I’ve begun outsourcing wax models to a company outside of Detroit, so now I’m fully able to understand what my costs will be per unit & per metal. The hardest part of the next few months will be balancing holiday orders while making time to develop my sugar skull piece.

The launch date for the Sugar Skull Collection will remain September 2016, and I will keep you updated on any future changes. Again, because this is a new technique (wax carving) and a new way of manufacturing work (outsourcing), this process is similar to starting a business. So postponing a launch date is normal- and to be expected.  Remember, for now, I am only a team of one. Pushing me through this time of transition, is the love & support from all of you, my amazing customers; truly you are the reason this business beats on.

Now for an upcoming event…
