Shipping & Returns
Orders within the US are shipped using USPS Priority Mail and usually arrive in 2-3 days after production. Once the item is shipped, Question the Answer is not responsible for the item. Items shipped can only be insured up to $50.00, if you would like to purchase additional insurance higher than $50.00, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and I will send you an invoice for the additional cost. Always make sure you are shipping to secure address so that there are no problems with loss or theft.
International orders are shipped using USPS First Class Mail and arrive 7-14 days after production but can take up to 3 weeks. I cannot guarantee delivery dates.
All international customers, please purchase your piece at least 6 weeks prior to the date you would like it to arrive. Shipping may take 2 weeks to even a month after the piece is dropped off at the post office, so never wait until the last minute. All packages may be subject to customs and any duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer and not the Question the Answer shop or owner.
Always make sure you are shipping to a secure address so that there are no problems with loss or theft.
A non-custom/non-gemstone order may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the item. To request a return please email email@example.com with your order number, and I will get back to you shortly. Only unworn & undamaged items are accepted. Please notify the shop immediately if you wish to make a return or exchange. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping. The shop will not provide a refund for items that are lost or damaged on their way back.
If you received a damaged item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the piece, and I will take care of you!
Gemstone pieces are EXCHANGE ONLY. At this time, I cannot refund a payment for a gemstone piece. If for any reason this item does not work out for you, please email me at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order and I will get back to you shortly.
Custom Made Orders
All custom made pieces are made to order, so unfortunately I cannot accept any return. If you have gifted a custom piece and the receiver would prefer a different size, please contact me for pricing.
Question the Answer does not reimburse or replace items that have been lost or damaged during shipping.
