Remove jewelry before a manicure or a haircut/color to protect its surface.
Do not leave jewelry in direct sunlight, and be sure to keep it away from rough surfaces.

To clean tarnished sterling silver, make a thick paste of ¼ cup of baking soda and 2 tablespoons of water. Apply with a damp sponge and rub gently to clean. Rinse & dry.
To polish gold jewelry, cover with a light coating of baking soda; then pour a wash of white vinegar over it. Finally, scrub with a soft-bristled toothbrush if necessary & rinse clean.
GOLD FILLED: Take care when wearing gold filled jewelry. To clean gold filled jewelry use a soft damp cotton cloth.
