Question the Answer only collects customer’s information to better their shopper or visitor experience by communicating promotions, events and updating the visitor on new products or restocked inventory. Question the Answer uses Squarespace to host their website. Squarespace provides us with an e-commerce platform that allows us to accept payment for our product. Squarespace will retain your personal information for the extent of the payment process. Squarespace keeps your information on file in a secure server in order to process your payment. Your information is only stored as long as it's necessary to complete your transaction, after that it is deleted. 


Question the Answer – as a website hosted by Squarespace – stores all user information in a secure database protected by a variety of industry standard access controls.
